The greens blend in this product is only 3.5 grams per serving and contains the dried grass juice of Barley, Alfalfa, Oat, Wheat, and Kamut. This blend doesn’t have the typical additions of superfoods Spirulina and Chlorella but it does contain Kamut Grass which is said to contain up to 92 of the 102 vitamins and minerals that the body needs. Additionally, there is a 1 g sprouts blend which adds to the nutrient profile of this formula. Therefore, in terms of containing nutrient-dense greens, this product ticks off that box. It also ticks off the box for containing a 2.4 gram antioxidant blend with organic fruits and vegetables.
In relation to improving gut health, this product contains a 30 mg Raw Probiotic & Enzyme Blend for improving digestion and supporting the good bacteria in the gut. This dosage is quite small, especially when compared to our other top picks. Nevertheless, we did find that the majority of customers who wrote reviews were satisfied with this product, but we have to wonder if they are only satisfied because they don’t know that there are better products available.
